Wow! What an adventure we had this week. Despite the wet weather, we had an amazing visit to the Chestnut Centre.
We saw lots of amazing animals and learnt about their habitats. There were some fabulous opportunities for us to get very close to the animals too. During the day, we learnt many animals are at risk because of changes humans make to their habitats which was sad to discover. However, we also learnt that there are many positive things we can do to help animals and plants too which is what conservationists (like the people at the Chestnut Centre) would love us to do.

The staff at the Chestnut Centre looked after us brilliantly and we would like to say a big thank you for teaching us so much. We also would like to thank our parent/ carer helpers who came with us and made the day possible too!
